One-Month Package: Four weekly cycles of the above millet schedule (approximately a 9-week program is recommended in practice. Over one month, this amounts to roughly Little millet for 12 days, Kodo millet 12 days, Barnyard millet 12 days, Foxtail millet 4 days, and Brown top millet 4 days.
Suggested Consumption:
- Little millet – 500g pack (3 days/week)
- Kodo millet – 500g pack (3 days/week)
- Barnyard millet – 500g pack (3 days/week)
- Foxtail millet – 100g pack (1 day/week)
- Brown top millet – 100g pack (1 day/week)
Diabetes (High Blood Sugar)
One-Week Package:
- Little millet – 2 days
